Nice, but sadly I thought of star wars first, not mega man. I have freinds who play it but I never got a consol that could play it till I was like 10 and then never bought it. So yea, but in my spare time I make wooden sowrds. (Non-sharpened because I live in a large family were you deal with idiotic crud. Glad I diddnt sharpen them or my dad would have created a giant scar across my chest. Even without it being sharpened that area was red for a week!!!!)But yea, wood swords hold up extremly well. The first one I e er made has yet to break even though it has been in countless sword fights! What I do is pretty basic cause I was 11 at the time and I was impatient. But this method works well. I go to the back yard and cut down a tall tree that is the best size for you to hold, next after cutting it down remove all the leaves. The leaves is were a ton of the weight is so to make it easier to move you need to cut off the leaves. Then I shorten the trunk to the desighered length. Next I pick out a handel and carefull cut just the bark so the bark is the handel. Then I take a small rock and beat the rest of the bark off. This leaves the main circle of wood intact while making it look better. Plus it saves you the time of having to peel it off with you thumb, which is helpful. Then let it dry for about a day and your good for a ton of sword fights. Yes, this method can leave some curves in the blade but that means its one of a kind and if you really wanted to you can make a straight one. NOTE: this is designed fot soft bark trees only. If used on a hard bark tree the handel may shatter during fight/weed wacking. Hope you like the idea.
